Staffing Requirements:
- Experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities
- Criminal background check through BCII and ODMR/DD abuser registry
- Proof of valid drivers license and full car insurance.
- Proof of CPR and First Aid certification.
- Annual classroom training orientation covering:
- Principles of Supported Living,
- MUI and Incident Reporting,
- Confidentiality,
- Behavior Supports,
- Consumer Rights, and
- Gentle Teaching Approach
- In-home Direct Care orientation
- Continuing Education
